This year, from 18th November 2022 to 2nd January 2023 there will be three separate events at Blenheim Palace to help you celebrate Christmas.
After Dark Illuminated Trail
The formal gardens will again be transformed after dark with over a million lights and music bringing you the festive cheer. Wander along the illuminated trail, taking in the sights and sounds of Christmas, including a glimpse of Father Christmas. Food vendors will be there to tempt you with Christmas fayre, from hot chocolate to mulled wine.
The Kingdom of the Snow Queen
New for 2022, rooms inside the palace will be decorated with a winter-theme, each telling the story of the Snow Queen and two young friends.
Christmas Market
The main Palace courtyard will once again host a traditional Christmas market, with artisan products and crafts housed in wooden chalets.
The Christmas Market is free to enter, and if you use the Secret Green Gate there will be nothing more to pay.
Unfortunately, you'll need a ticket for the After Dark Illuminated Trail and Kingdom of the Snow Queen – there's no way to enter free. Family tickets (2 adults, 2 children) cost £92 for the Illuminated Trail, £84 for the Kingdom of the Snow Queen, or a combined ticket is available for £166. Pre-booking is essential.
